Egg Nog
Because the eggs are used raw it is best to use organic eggs. Place in the blender on high for about 20 seconds
1 c milk
1 egg
1 t maple syrup
1 t vanilla flavoring
1 jigger brandy, or Kahlua, or whiskey, etc.
Serve in short glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
