German Chocolate Snack
Makes 36 bars
Preheat oven to 325. In medium saucepan, over low heat melt
4 oz sweet cooking chocolate
¼ c margarine or butter
Remove from heat and add
½ c sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
½ c biscuit mix
1 t vanilla
Spread into greased 13" x 9" pan. In a bowl mix:
Remainder of 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
7 oz (2 ½ c) flaked coconut
Spoon in small amounts evenly over chocolate mixture. Sprinkle
1 c chopped pecans
over the top and press down firmly. Bake 25 minutes.
