Quick and Easy Mocha Fruit Cake (Weight Watchers)

Soak overnight:

1 kilo dried fruit
2 c strong black coffee

Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Mix into dried fruit mix:

150 g fruit & Nut chocolate
2 c self-raising flour

line 9" x 12" baking tin with parchment paper and spoon in batter. Bake 50-60 minutes.
