Chicken Meatballs/Meatloaf

500 g chicken mince
Soy sauce
Sweet chili sauce
Minced garlic
Instead of using egg as a binder make the meat moist enough to not need egg. Instead of frying
meatballs bake them. Makes more healthy and still tastes good.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mush around to mix. Shape into meatballs or press into loaf.
Bake until cooked through.
Serve with spicey tomato-onion relish.
